2. Services

4catslab grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications for personal use only. Our services may include content creation tools, editing features, in-app purchases, cloud storage, and other functionalities as described within each application.

Free Services are available during the Free Term, and we may impose technical restrictions, feature limitations, and alter functionality at our discretion. Premium features are available through paid subscriptions.

3. Authorization

4catslab authorizes your access to and use of our applications subject to these terms. Users must register through the respective app store, provide accurate and necessary information, and acknowledge that we process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content

You retain all rights to your User Content. However, by using our services, you grant 4catslab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the legality of your User Content and compliance with all applicable laws. 4catslab is not liable for the loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your User Content, though we will make reasonable efforts to protect it.

5. User restrictions

You must use our applications within legal and contractual limits. You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or reverse engineer our software
Reveal, distribute, or create unauthorized versions of our applications
Use the application for illegal, harmful, or malicious content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use the application for commercial purposes without our written consent

6. Provider's and user's obligations

6.1 Provider's obligations

4catslab ensures that services are performed with reasonable skill and care. We strive to maintain application availability and functionality, though we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

6.2 User's obligations

Users must:

Pay applicable Subscription Fees when due
Maintain account security and confidentiality
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Use the application responsibly and ethically
Report any security vulnerabilities or bugs

7. Term and termination

These terms commence on the Effective Date and continue until terminated. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease immediately, and any outstanding fees become due.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, illegal activities, or at our sole discretion with or without notice.

8. Fees and payment terms

Certain services require payment of Subscription Fees. Fees are charged according to the selected Tariffs and billing cycle. All payments are processed through the respective app store payment systems.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. In-app purchases and premium content are subject to the terms of the respective app store and our management policies.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or app store policies.

9. Liability and disclaimers

Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 4catslab disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not responsible for User Content, application availability, or any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4catslab from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4catslab's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in our applications, including but not limited to software, designs, trademarks, and content, belong to 4catslab or our licensors. These rights are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use our intellectual property without our express written permission, except as explicitly permitted by these terms.

11. Final provisions

The relationship between you and 4catslab is that of independent contractors. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

Information processing and data handling are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

We reserve the right to interrupt services for maintenance, updates, or technical improvements with reasonable notice when possible.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 4catslab regarding the use of our services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
